No experience required.
We will be using a three-part breathing practice with music while you are laying down. You will be guided through your journey of transformational sound and breath.

What you need to know to prepare: -Dress comfortably in loose clothing, especially near your chest and abdomen -Refrain from eating for an hour prior -Avoid alcohol the day of -Have a journal, water, yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and eye covering (optional)
