Sue is an Ayurvedic Yoga Instructor & Health Counselor, guides students in soothing practices to calm the nervous system, build resilience & cultivate inner peace. Emphasizing breath awareness, curiosity & self-connection, her classes & sessions promote balance, well-being & celebrate the body's capabilities. Collaborating with Infinite Light Center, she offers accessible yoga for all levels, sharing the wisdom of yoga & Ayurveda to reveal our true nature: love, light & joy.

Carol Morrow

Carol Morrow is a compassionate and experienced Yoga Instructor dedicated to helping others find peace and wellness on and off the mat. She currently teaches at Infinite Light Center and Jackson Boos Recreation Center, and previously instructed at Samadhi Yoga Studio. With a warm and gentle approach, Carol guides students of all levels in discovering the transformative power of yoga, breathwork, and sound healing. Her passion is creating a safe and nurturing environment for individuals to explore their practice, cultivate inner calm, and radiate joy and vitality.

Cassie Welliver

Cassie Welliver is a visionary artist and spiritual teacher dedicated to guiding others on their journey of inner transformation. A long-time student and teacher of A Course in Miracles, Cassie brings depth, compassion, and insight to her facilitation of the support/study group, offering a safe and nurturing space for exploration and growth.

Ken Mangus

Ken Mangus is a certified Tai Chi instructor through the Tai Chi for Health Institute. With a passion for promoting health and wellness, Ken offers beginner and intermediate classes, including seated Tai Chi options. His gentle and approachable teaching style makes Tai Chi accessible to all, regardless of age or ability. Ken's goal is to help students discover the numerous benefits of Tai Chi, including improved balance, flexibility, and inner peace, empowering them to enhance their overall well-being.
